Diamond Corp and BV Realty Partners are proposing a 48-storey condo tower that would replace a string of single-family homes just north of the future Cedarvale station of the Eglinton Crosstown LRT. The development would deliver over 505 new residential units and 93 parking spaces.
Development around Cedarvale Station and the surrounding neighbourhood is inevitable. We must stay informed and involved to ensure that growth is managed, fostering a safe and vibrant neighbourhood.
