1250 Eglinton Avenue West (CreateTO)

As part of the City’s goal to address the Toronto’s housing crisis, it passed the HousingTO 2020 - 2030 Action Plan, which aims to increase the supply of affordable housing within mixed-income, mixed-use, transit-oriented communities. CreateTO (the manager of the City’s real estate assets) has earmarked the city-owned site at the NE corner of Allen & Eglinton and is proposing a 25-storey building consisting of 240 residential units with no parking. Stay tuned for further updates on this project.

875 Eglinton AvenueWest (Forest Hill Condominiums)

Centrecourt’s Forest Hill Condominium building is taking shape. There is over 10,000 square feet of retail planned for the ground floor. Let’s hope our neighbourhood sees some exciting new services and restaurants soon!  

2010 Bathurst (The Rhodes Condominiums)

This boutique 8-storey, 25-unit Blackdoor Development condo project is now under construction with completion expected by Spring 2024.

1996 – 2000 Bathurst (Eldebron Developments)

Two 3.5 storey rental apartment buildings were demolished and will be replaced with two 6-storey rental apartment buildings. The buildings will contain a total of 112 residential units, including 62 rental replacement units. It is currently under construction.

1637 – 1645 Bathurst (Starlight Investments)

This proposal plans to demolish the five existing 3-storey buildings at this site and replace the existing 25 rental units within a 4.5 storey, 75-unit rental apartment building. The proposed unit mix is 20 one-bedrooms, 26 two-bedrooms, and 29 three-bedrooms units. The development is in pre-construction and is not yet under development.

73-79 Ardmore (formerly 1647 Bathurst Street)

The proposal is to demolish the vacant 2-storey apartment building and replace it with a 4-storey back-to-back townhouse development containing 10, 3-bedroom units. There will be vehicle access to a single-level, 10-space underground garage.

1677-1679 Bathurst Street and 73-75 Elderwood Drive

This proposal for a 4-storey, 45-unit apartment building involves the demolition of the 13 residential rental units located at 1677 Bathurst Street, 1679 Bathurst Street, and 73-75 Elderwood Drive. All units are proposed to be replaced in the new development. This application was recently approved by the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal (LPAT).
