A new bill was passed 9-Sept-2021 making Owen Weinstein Lane a one-way (westbound) lane. Owen Weinstein Lane runs east/west between Westover Hill Rd. & Flanders Rd.
The bill was passed to prevent cars from using O.W. Lane to go from Flanders to Westover Hill in order to get onto Allen Road. Apparently some residents were not consulted or informed of the decision and are unhappy with the change.
